Closed Beta Addendum
Effective August 28, 2026 · Working terms scheduled for attorney review
1. Program
This Addendum supplements the Terms of Service and EULA. The beta is limited to approved testers. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. We may approve, deny, pause, or end participation.
2. Pre-release risk
The APK may contain defects, interruptions, incomplete features, or changes. Do not use it as the only copy of important information. You accept the risks of installing and testing pre-release software.
3. Access codes
An approved code is tied to the application email, is personal and nontransferable, and may not be sold, posted, or shared. Protect it and tell us if it may be compromised.
4. Feedback and confidentiality
You permit RecallText to use suggestions and bug reports without restriction or compensation to improve its products. Do not distribute nonpublic builds, access codes, internal instructions, or confidential technical information without written permission.
5. Diagnostics and content
Communication content stays on your device or in storage you control unless you choose to export or send it. Crash diagnostics and information you intentionally submit for support may leave the device. Do not include private client content in a support report unless authorized and necessary.
6. Ending participation
You may stop at any time. We may revoke access for security, misuse, legal, operational, or program reasons. There is no automatic conversion to a paid plan.
