What you are testing
Organize the conversation behind the work.
- You choose what to file. Open the app. Choose the texts, phone calls, voicemails, and emails you want to include in the File.
- Keep related records together. Build a File around a transaction, client, matter, or project.
- Create a portable record. Export a readable PDF with supporting attachments in a ZIP file.
- Fingerprint the record. CommLocker™ applies a digital fingerprint at ingestion and export to help identify later changes.
Private by design.
Your communications remain on your device or in storage you control unless you choose to export them.
The record you produce
Choose the scope. Export the File.
Start at the Beginning of Record or a later point you select. CommLocker™ produces a readable PDF communication record. Images and PDFs already contained in selected texts or emails are embedded in the PDF and separated into the related ZIP export package.
You choose whether to export the whole File, organize it by party, or create the archive needed for retention.
