Account and Data Deletion

Email lauren@commlocker.io from the address used for your beta application and write “CommLocker deletion request” in the subject.
What we will delete
After reasonable identity verification, we will delete or de-identify beta application, access, support, and feedback data associated with you unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute records.
On-device content
CommLocker™ communication content is designed to remain on your device or in storage you control. You remove that content by deleting it in the app, deleting exported files from your chosen storage, and uninstalling the APK. We cannot delete copies we do not possess or control.
Timing
We will acknowledge and respond within the period required by applicable law. We may ask for information needed to verify the request.
